Carrot-Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz Cooked Pasta Whatever shape appeals to you
  • 2 Cups Mayonnaise NOT Salad Dressing
  • 1/4 Cup Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Can Sweetened, Condensed Milk
  • 2 large Carrots grated
  • 1 large Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Green Pepper finely chopped
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and sweetened condensed milk into a large bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate to allow flavors to meld.
